5 Simple Steps To Get Your Blog To 25k Page Impressions Fast

Hello and a warm welcome back. Today we are going to look at ways To Get To 25k Page Impressions Fast.

This is a new blog so I haven’t got to 25K impressions just yet it’s a bit soon for that but this is not my first blog.

We all need to work hard to get traffic to our blog posts and there are several things we can do to get that done.

The methods I’m going to suggest to you worked on my other blog and a few of my blogging buddies have had success with them as well!

Just because this worked for us that doesn’t guarantee that it will work for you. There are many factors to take into consideration.

I truly believe If you put the tips into practice they will get you either all of the way there or if not then most of the way which will be a huge achievement.

This post may contain affiliate links which means if you click a link and make a purchase I may receive a small commission. The price you pay will not be affected in any way.

Write As Much As You Can Consistently

Do you love to write or are you better on the technical side of blogging?

Me personally I love to write the technical side is my nemesis but I get it done eventually after much procrastination!

At Wealthy Affiliate, we are taught that quality content is everything, and the more consistent you are with producing it the quicker the traffic will come.

Some bloggers say that traffic is not dependant on the number of blogs you put out but I strongly disagree with that.

It has come to my attention on lots of occasions that I have spikes in my traffic numbers when I put out more posts in a week.

I am now a full-time blogger so I have lots more time to produce content.

Previously I would write 3 posts a week and when time allowed 4 posts.

Now though I’m doing 5 a week and sometimes 7.

Although I’m full-time I still look after our Granddaughter and take her to and from school living in the Canary Islands they have 13 weeks off in the summer so I’m trying to get as many posts in the reserve bank as I can.

There is no need for you to burn yourself out trying to do what I’m doing now.

I would stick to 2-3 posts a week consistently.

Just make sure what you are publishing is full of value-packed information.

Having more for your visitors to read makes sense because if they use your internal links to go to other posts they also count as another page view.

Internal linking is not just for SEO purposes it can also reduce your bounce rate which will put you higher in the SERP’S.

Established Bloggers

Established bloggers don’t write as consistently as they did in the beginning after all they have hundreds of posts that are receiving traffic on a daily basis so they no longer need to.

When you have been blogging for a year or so then you can slow down if you want to and just put out a few posts a month or even just one.

All the well-known bloggers make new pins for their posts and this way they are still being seen without having to write more.

I didn’t want to slow down with writing that’s why I started another blog I just love writing so much!

Mum Bloggers

In the wealthy Affiliate community, there are tons of Mum bloggers and I have spoken to a few of them about how they manage with little ones?

With small babies, it’s relatively easy because all they do is eat, poop, and sleep so if you are organized you can get blocks of work done in 30 minutes intervals.

I know you are tired but there will be times when you can push through and get posts out, that way you will be able to stay at home with your children full-time.

Keep your eyes on the end game!

A Few Tips To Get You Organized:

  1. Write An outline of a post when they are having a nap or when your husband is bathing them.
  2. Think ahead about topics for your next posts do keyword research and get 4 headlines organized.
  3. Write a draft post
  4. The next block of time available finish the post if you don’t have time to publish it then do that in the next 30 minutes you have spare.
  5. Making Pinterest Pins is a must so make a pin for the post you have just published and try to get 3 more completed with the titles you have researched for your new posts.
  6. If your children are older you can give them an activity to do like a painting which will keep them amused for an hour or so.
  7. Set goals to get the posts finished and when you make the deadline you will feel awesome!
  8. My blog posts sometimes have mistakes in and that’s okay there is nothing that is perfect every time.
  9. Popular methods for post ideas can be found on Pinterest in the trending section.
  10. Try adding a video that can help to boost traffic and is a quick fix if you don’t have any time for writing a post.
  11. Write list posts they are always very popular and that’s where my highest traffic comes from.

Social Media For Promotion

Talking to other bloggers they offered this tip, Make sure you use at least one method of social media for blog post promotion.

You can literally blog for months before getting any traffic from Google through SEO so promotion is the way to go.

When I started this blog I had everything planned out about what I was going to do and when I was going to implement it.

The slow traffic can be combated by using my personal favourite Pinterest where nearly all of my traffic is coming from at the present, I also post to Twitter and Facebook.

You should use your preferred method which could be Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

It can be a lot to deal with researching, writing, and marketing that’s why I use tools for automation.

For Pinterest, I use the Tailwind Scheduler which shares my pins automatically for a week, two weeks, or a month at a time and this helps to stay consistent.

To stop my account from being suspended again on Pinterest I took this amazing course that taught a brilliant hack to give you the new pins that you need to keep Pinterest happy.

For Facebook, I use the Publishing Tools and schedule a couple of weeks in advance, if for any reason I don’t get time to do that then I will publish straight from the blog post when it is finished using a social share plugin and I share to Twitter that way as well.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics is an amazing tool and it can give you a mountain of useful information regarding the traffic visiting your site.

Set it up for your blog as soon as you can it’s not difficult to do.

Using the analytics you can see after a couple of months which posts are resonating with your audience.

With this information, you can see what you should be writing more about.

For me, my most popular posts are on starting a new blog and how to use Pinterest effectively.

Armed with this information I found some topics to blog about to keep up the momentum of visitors.

Another great way is to see where the traffic is coming from, is it organic from Google, Pinterest, or another social media platform?

If it is from Pinterest you can go to the analytics there and see which are your most popular pins and make more like these.

That’s what worked well for me and others.

My Final Thoughts

Facebook can be a pretty slow burn for traffic in the beginning but there is a way to speed it up without paying for ads which can be very costly.

Join as many blogging groups as you can handle with the time available to you.

In the groups, new bloggers ask questions and if you regularly answer them they will turn to you for help by visiting your blog posts.

Also in the groups, they have certain days where you can share your posts to get more engagement this usually works on a reciprocal basis it just takes a few minutes of time to pin a post or share it to Twitter.

The best advice I can give you regarding traffic and pageviews is to always stay consistent with your writing as this will not only make Google very happy but your audience as well.

In the long term, Google will bring you masses of traffic, and in the short term if you play it right social media will get you going on the traffic train!

Once you have got to the first 25 k page views the second 25 k will come much quicker getting to that figure took me around 7 months on my first blog.

That’s about it for this post, see you on the next one!

Let me know in the comments how you plan to grow your page views?
