What Is ProfitSite?
The hype about ProfitSite is that you can use a drag and drop builder to create the site of your dreams that includes built-in hosting & traffic.
An advantage billed is that you are able to cancel subscriptions such as Blue Host, Wix, or Shopify.
Also included is access to done-for-you products, services, templates and it’s 100% automated.
This all sounds amazing but does it work? that is something I will answer as we continue on.

How Does Profitsite Work?
Inside the dashboard, you can create a shop and give it a name.
Step 2. Choose 1 of the 3 templates available.
Step 3. Add your domain name.
Step 4. Click on custom settings which will allow you to customize your shop.
Step 5. Add your payment processor
Step 6. Add your own chosen autoresponder.
Step 7. You can choose a currency you wish to be paid in.
Step 8. Add digital products to the shop, You can put in whichever price you wish to charge.
Step 9. By clicking on the My Site section of managing your shop you can create a new site hosted on your created shop.
There are 24 templates to choose from for your website.
And away you go!

With this upsell you get unlimited shops, websites, hosting and products.

The Cons Of ProfitSite
The included training is not very long and it is very confusing.
They say it is suitable for beginners and it’s not.
The FAQ section, it doesn’t answer your questions in an adequate way.
On the sales page, it shows you how much has been made with Profitsite, But if you go to the sales page of another of their products called ProfitEnigma you can see the identical figures used.
That is a misleading tactic that raises a red flag.
You can get into big trouble building these shops because you are not charging any taxes. With something like Shopify that is all built-in.
How secure is the site? That is a worry when people are making direct payments using their credit cards.
If the site got hacked you would be held liable.
The upsells total $417 and you don’t need any of them, they are totally worthless!
Because cheap cloud-based hosting is used for ProfitSite you will have problems ranking on Google, problems with the site’s ability to be available and no customer support.
Accounts can be terminated with no warnings and if you have sold a few websites you will be faced with angry clients.
Another issue is slow site speed.
How long is this site going to be available? If they pull the plug you are left with nothing!
Is ProfitSite A Scam?
You do get a dashboard to make a shop and a website, therefore you are getting a product for the front end cost and technically that makes this not a scam.
Do I Recommend It To My Readers? No Way!
There are just so many red flags in the cons section that make me say to stay away from this.
I’m not saying it doesn’t work. Just that it is very misleading and could disappear tomorrow leaving you in a whole heap of trouble!
Because of the misleading sales page, some would say it is a scam. Are you one of them?
I would rather use Elementor which is free and works much better than ProfitSite.
Don’t keep buying the new shiny object that comes out. Stick with tried and tested methods that stand the test of time.
